Two protest groups took over the streets of Minneapolis following Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman's decision not to charge two Minneapolis police officers in the November shooting death of Jamar Clark. Some started marching from Elliott Park, others from the 4th Precinct in north Minneapolis.
